The game starts
at 1:00 pm. The hosts provide only water/tea/drinks, fruits and/or
snacks/desserts. Guests are welcome to bring fruits, chips, nuts, snacks or desserts to
share.

All active CCAA members and/or his/her spouse are eligible to join
the Club.
All prospective or interested CCAA members should contact or be
referred to the Coordinator if he/she wishes to join the Club.

Each year, the Club will have an overall Coordinator. The
Coordinator will maintain the Club membership list for the year.
The
term of the Coordinator is one year. Coordinator for the next and
years thereafter can be created through volunteer or election
amongst all Club members.

The Coordinator will collect a $1 player fee from each player before
the game. The $1 player fee shall be waived for the host(s) and the
coordinator. The collected fee
will be used for the website fee (if any), the year-end prizes, and
the equipment purchase.

The game will take place once a month, and will be hosted by one of
the Club members in turn. The Host will decide WHEN (day of the
month, and whether on Saturday or Sunday afternoon) to play the
games. At this time, the preferred location of the games is in the
Host’s home. The host will also decide HOW MANY PLAY-TABLES to
setup based on their home’s available space.

Following Members have the higher priority to attend the next game:
Coordinator, hosts of current month, and people on the waiting list
of current month.

The Host or the Coordinator will issue the invitation to the full
membership via e-mail, and will decide the selection of players for
the game day based on the order of return e-mails. If interested
players exceed available play-tables, those who sign up after all
spots have been taken will be placed on the waiting list and will be
notified once there is an opening.

The Host will decide the dinner format. Participation for the
dinner event is optional.
